They are actually family photos and things owned by Ashleigh’s grandmother and mum which was a really nice touch. I’ve always thought this was a really nice atmospheric little place, and after speaking to her Ashleigh and her mum and finding out the history of the memorabilia on the walls it adds to the nice experience. The owner (who I now realise is called Ashleigh) and her mum are usually serving. I am a resident in Whitburn and myself and my mum stop here most Mondays or Tuesdays for something to eat (usually a hotdog and fries) and ice cream.
